Puppy/Adult Blended Formula

This food is a complete and nutritionally balanced vegan food for puppies to adult dogs. It meets all nutritional requirements according to the Association of American Feed Control Officials (AAFCO) dog food nutrient profile for puppy growth and adult maintenance. This product is all-natural (with the exception of some added vitamins, which are made synthetically) with no artificial colors or preservatives. Soon, we hope to have all organic ingredients, and for the food to be classified as human-grade food.

Essential Fatty Acids

Flaxseed oil, soy oil, and sunflower oil are included as sources of linoleic acid. This acid is broken down into a balance of Omega 3 and Omega 6, essential long-chain fatty acids. Additionally, actual long-chain fatty acids DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid), AA (Arachidonic Acid), and EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) have been added. This helps dogs that are inefficient at breaking down linoleic acid, and promotes healthy skin, a shiny coat, and general well-being.

Feeding

Each dog has different needs regarding the amount of food required. Working dogs need more than non-working dogs. Below is an approximation of the minimum amounts needed to provide the necessary nutrition. You can feed more than the quantities listed or supplement with other foods.

• Dogs up to 10kg – 1 to 1.5 cups
• Dogs up to 20kg – 2.5 to 3 cups
• Dogs up to 30kg – 3.5 to 4 cups
• Dogs up to 40kg – 4 to 5 cups
• Dogs up to 50kg and over – 5 to 6 cups
• 1 cup = 130 grams
